Mood changes

Physical complaints

Social withdrawal

Man is a social animal and whenever you notice loss of interest in spending time with their friends. When you notice that your teenager is not spending time with family members. This is a clear indication that he is going through something difficult with which he is struggling.

College troubles

This is because of depression your teenager may have a disinterest in schoolwork and as a result of which his grades are constantly dropping.

This is something serious whenever you hear anything related to ending life, then take it seriously.

How to talk with your team teen

Search for a quiet moment for the conversation. Both the parents are not supposed to sit in this conversation. It is good if one parent is present because your kid will find it less intimidating.

Show your concern

Tell them that you have noticed certain things in them and that is worrying you. In the beginning of your organization ask them to get involved in a frank discussion. Do not use accusatory language because it will discourage them. They may become hesitant to reply you and tell you everything they are struggling with.

Do hesitate to talk about suicide; this will help them what is going in the mind. By asking such questions you will get an idea whether they need talk to a therapist and need professional support or not.
